How To Manage Your Anthem Bill Pay

Pay online. Log in to your member account and enter your banking information to make premium payments online. You can also set up reminders, so you never miss a payment. To view bills on your phone, download the Anthem Sydney SM Health app.

Pay by mail. Provide your mailing address to receive bills by mail. You can verify or update your address by logging in to your member account.

Pay by phone. You can pay your premiums over the phone by calling the Member Services number on the back of your ID card.

What Costs Can I Pay Using Anthem Bill Pay?

You can use Anthem bill pay to pay your monthly or quarterly plan premiums. A premium is the amount you pay to Anthem to keep your coverage active.

Individual And Family Members

Log in to your member account to access your payment options.

You can also set up automatic bill pay to make convenient, automatic payments through your online account.

If you are a new member and just selected a plan, you need to pay your first month’s bill before coverage starts. Make your first payment.

Medicare Members

Medicare members have the same convenient access to online bill pay.

Medicare members with Anthem Extras coverage can also access online bill pay for Anthem Extras.

Employers

Employers can manage their Anthem bill pay through EmployerAccess.

If you aren’t registered with EmployerAccess, EasyPay lets you make secure online premium payments as a guest. If your life and disability coverage is not combined billed with your health plan, you can pay your organization’s bill at Anthem Life Resources.

Anthem Life members can call 855-383-7247 to pay by phone.
